Durabase DD 80 matting is a pressure resistant textured drainage matting for highly permeable flooring construction which allows double drainage of ceramic tiles in outdoor locations.It is perfect for the production of large surface drainage areas during installation of tiled flooring in the gravel bed or standard screed.Moisture which seeps into the flooring construction is drawn away efficiently by the drainage surface created by the Thanks to the special layout of the drainage channels, any water which occurs can also be drawn off below the mat (dual drainage).Durabase DD 80 matting is ideal for terraces,balconies and patios,and can either be laid in a fixed mortar bed or on a loose layer (gravel or ballast) under a surface of tiles or pavings. The foundations need to have a slight slope (1.5% approx.).
