Edge Sealing Compound is a flexible acrylic and is designed to prevent moisture from penetrating under anti slip tape. The liquid, solvent-based sealer protects exposed edges of slip-resistant tapes and treads from excessive moisture or liquids. A small amount of the edge fix on the edge of the anti slip tape creates an excellent bond. Simply apply the edge fix down the side of the tape using the narrow nozzle built into the tube, to help the product and extend its life. Edge Sealing Compound will reach a full cure in 24 hours. It is recommended to wait the full 24 hours before submerging under water.
