This is a PVC expansion joint with an extra narrow visible width for thin bed installation & is ideal for homes in areas subject to light degree of stress, even outdoors, e.g. living rooms or balconies.Due to the visible area only being 5mm wide,this expansion joint fits inconspicuosly into the remainder of the tiling grid and is hardly noticeable. The harder plastic base guarantees an excellent hold under the tile and will follow its movements in compression and expansion.The expansion joint is suitable for internal and external use and virtually maintenance free. The soft plastic is resistant to most relevant chemicals encountered in tile applications, to weathering, ageing and UV rays.The expansion joint profile can be used as a wall end joint (by snapping off one leg of the base at the breaking point provided)
