Returns Policy
We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights. However, where the buyer has ordered the wrong item or changed their mind, all postage and carriage costs will be for the account of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of return of the goods. If the customer had not been charged carriage at the time of order because the order had qualified for 'free shipping', an amount equivalent to the carriage cost that would have been charged will be deducted. Replacement or refunds will be given provided written notification for the return of goods is received within 14 days of receipt, and the goods are returned in their original condition.(Please note that if you purchase goods from us as a business, using a business name, then you will be making the transaction and purchasing the goods from us as a business to business sale, a restocking charge of 20% of value of goods may charged on any products that are returned to us in their original condition.)
Any pre-ordered item is classified as 'Special Order' item and the order once placed may not be cancelled and will not be accepted for return. Items classified as 'Special Order' on our website or goods cut to specification will not be accepted for return.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you through the same medium you used to make the purchase.
