This is a self adhesive tactile and visual plate in stainless steel intended for alerting blind and partially sighted people to imminent dangers on their way.The tactile plate made from machined stainless steel domes fastened to a stainless steel plate are highly visible against the adjacent floor surface. They are ideal for retrofitting in existing hard surfaces such as natural stone, tiles and over difficult substrates such as escalator maintenance hatches and timber decking. Stainless steel tactile plates are commonly used at pedestrian crossings, top of stair landings, escalator approaches etc can be used both indoors or outdoors in heavy pedestrian traffic areas.
