These are pre-formed angles in aluminium to finish the sides of steps on open string stairs.The side trims are used to conceal the edge of the floor covering and stair edging in a neat and tidy finish.The stairway side edging is available in pre-formed angles of 90° for straight steps and 83° for rake back steps. Depending on the floor covering,they may be installed using dual height positioning tabs that can accommodate the relevant thickness of the floorcovering on the stair.The pvc positional tabs(supplied) have 4.5mm & 7mm depth.(It is recommended the edge trims are fitted before the stair nosing & floor covering.)
